The complexity of the process was determined by the projects particular requirements, such as the relocation of the company's headquarter after a long-standing establishment in the previous office, the synchronization and management of the relocation process for all the group's companies while coordinating 3 different service lines so as to meet the company's needs in terms of commercial conditions, relocation costs and technical standards. We are honoured to have had such an opportunity and hope that the mix of solutions envisioned by our team will respond to the expectations of all RADCOM’s stakeholders”, states Oana Sirbu, Associate in the Office Agency team of Colliers International Romania.

RADCOM decided to relocate its operations on the 5th and 6th floors in Multigalaxy Business Center II, which proved to offer the most advantageous mix of efficiency, costs and above-market technical standards. By managing the architectural design from the initial space planning stages, Colliers advised on the cost effective use of the office space and reached a final solution tailored to the project's particular requirements. Furthermore, the property is close to the metro station, retail facilities and benefits from a generous parking, thus providing increased comfort for RADCOM's employees. The team in charge with the relocation process includes Oana Sirbu (leasing and account management services), Viorel Opait (leasing services) and Andrei Voica (architect and technical consultant).
