Providing end-to-end support

Our project management team offers a comprehensive range of services enabling the occupier to reduce operating expenditure and drive business value.

We provide a single point of responsibility for all your construction projects – providing end to end support for the development, construction and renovation of property facilities including fit outs and workplace transformation. Our project management consulting services are tailored to meet the needs of each client, both on a project by project and portfolio basis.

Such services include asset identification, maintenance reviews and the cost effective procurement, project start up, design and project management of repairs and new construction.

We minimise property occupational risk at acquisition through our comprehensive technical due diligence (property condition assessments) service which reviews the structure, components and services of properties and, where appropriate, the design and suitability for use. This can extend to our sourcing and management the input of third parties such as the provision of environmental audits or Land Certification.

We work closely, as appropriate, with other disciplinary colleagues including tenant representation, corporate solutions and lease administration to provide an active interface with all key project stakeholders via clear communication and a consultative approach thereby releasing our clients from day to day project workloads. Business space reviews, suitability and fit out/procurement options and feasibility and cost analysis are common initial services we provide to our clients and colleagues.
