Cebu, September 6, 2017 – Taft Properties has signed a deal with Colliers International Philippines, appointing the global real estate services company as the property manager for their condominium development project, Horizons 101.
“Colliers International Philippines will be in charge of the operations of the building which cover management, supervision, improvement and upkeep of the project,” said Taft Properties in a statement released yesterday. Additionally, the developer disclosed that Colliers Philippines will also supervise the technical operations and maintenance of the project’s various building equipment and manage the financial aspects of the building operations.
“Colliers is delighted to share our expertise in terms of properties and facilities management with Taft Properties. Unit owners of this development will be assured of our global standard of service,” said Colliers International’s Executive Director for Real Estate Management Services, Jet Ilaga. “This project is a major investment in the region and will redefine Cebu’s residential landscape.”
Horizons 101 is a mixed-use property with two towers along Gen. Maxilom Avenue in Cebu City. The project is considered to be Cebu’s tallest condominium development with Tower 1 and Tower 2 featuring 55 and 46 floors, respectively.
