In addition to our other real estate services, Colliers International has a department dedicated to rent and value assessment of commercial property, housing and industrial projects as well as plot valuations. In addition to this we have a separate analysis department consisting of two people who at any time are updated on the latest of the property market.

Our core focus

We carry out valuations within the categories office, retail, storage and logistics, industrial, hotel and housing (town centre buildings).  The valuations are mainly performed as a cash flow analysis. Projects and plot valuations are valued according to the principle: Project calculations with required return (the Client margin).

Valuations are necessary for purchase/due diligence, sales, refinancing, mergers/demergers, budgeting, assessment of value-adjusted equity, inheritance/gifts, legal disputes and portfolio statuses.

Knowing our market

Market knowledge is key to valuations and analysis work, so we therefore have three dedicated analysts that works full-time on updating market information that is relevant to analyses and valuations. In addition to the expertise and market knowledge of the valuer, we also use, where necessary, advice and information from colleagues who are in this market and have rental and transactions as their working area.
