The redevelopment of the Sijthoff building in the inner city of The Hague is nearly completed. The building at the Grote Marktstraat is located in the retail area of The Hague with the highest footfall and will open it's door shortly.
The new Sijthoff building has it's own identity; a two floor high transparent shop front, special external details that refer to the traditional architecture of the surrounding area and accommodated with twelve unique bonze statues on the façade of The Hague's city symbol: the stork.
This sustainably designed building, including such smart features as a thermal energy storage system, will offer approximately 4.750 sqm of retail space, divided over the ground and first floors.
Colliers International is pleased to act on behalf of Credit Suisse Asset Management as the delegated client responsible Sijthoff's redevelopment.
