The Young Sounding Board includes employees who have completed one of the two Colliers talent programs. The Young Talent program focuses on starters with a maximum of one year of work experience and Colliers Competence is focussed on the group of employees with up to five years of experience. The winners of these programs become members of the Young Sounding Board. In addition, talents are selected who actively contribute to the further growth of the company outside their daily activities.
