Spoorweg Pensioenfonds (SPF) recently attracted four new tenants for its shopping centre de Tuinen (15,000m²) in Naaldwijk. Two tenants will settle down in the former V&D building. Bristol leases 960m² in the basement and supermarket Dirk leases nearly 2,000m² on the ground floor.
The building is being converted to match the wishes of the new tenants. In the near future, the shops will be connected to the parking garage by tapis roulants. This ensures that consumers can easily reach the shops.
The two other new tenants are Brainwash and Jeans Center. Brainwash leases the former building of Jeans Center (105m²). Jeans Center moves to the recently closed MS Fashion Store (265m²).
By attracting new tenants, the former building of V&D is almost fully leased. And new shopping concepts has been added to the mall.
Colliers International has supervised the transactions on behalf of the Spoorweg Pensioenfonds.
