Colliers International has expanded the Valuations team with eight new employees. Lise Janmaat, Renée Greenland, Eyal Dalfour, Elisa Hoogland, Roald Voogt and Erik Veldhuijsen have started. Sam Verstraten RT and Sven Poiesz will start on November 1.
Lise gained experience at Troostwijk Taxaties and works in the Investors team now. She focuses on house appraisals. Renée is part of the Banking team. She worked for DTZ Zadelhoff and Nieuwstaete. Eyal has worked at Vesteda as a disposition employee and works at Colliers in the Banking team. Elisa started in the Corporations team after completing her internship at the Research department. Roald graduated at Fakton with a thesis on leasehold and the degradation of industrial estates. He worked at Fakton for a year, before he made the switch to Colliers. Roald works in the Banking team and the Investors team with a focus on Industrial & Logistics. Erik recently completed the HBO study program Built Environment at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and is also part of the Corporations team.
Sam starts in the sector Industrial & Logistics, where he will carry out valuation assignments for banks and investors. Sam gained a few years of work experience at FGH Bank and Savills. Sven returns to Colliers after a year and a half. He did a successful graduation assignment at Colliers. In the meantime he worked at Woongoed in Capelle aan den IJssel. In his function, Sven combines work for the Valuations team in Rotterdam and the Hospitality & International team.
