Twelve Young Talents who all joined Colliers International straight from school in 2015, competed this week for the Young Talent Award 2016. The Colliers Young Talent Program is a one year program for incoming employees. During that year the Young Talents get to know the full scope of the Colliers organisation. The Program perfectly fits the core values of Colliers International: Service, Expertise, Community & Fun.
The assignment question therefore had a very practical approach too: “what will you be contributing to Colliers as YT?”. In three teams, composed of participants from every business line, the Young Talents presented their ideas to an international jury of Colliers Partners & Directors chaired by CEO EMEA Chris McLernon.
Claartje van Hooijdonk belongs to the winning team. “We have experienced an amazingly interesting year where we learned so very much in the social sphere as well as content-related. With this program, Colliers gave us a great possibility to create a foundation for the future in a group where we have developed a very strong bond.”
