Hof Capital buys apartments and parking spaces in City Campus Max building, Utrecht
23-11-2016 - Hof Capital bought 110 apartments and 108 parking spaces in the residential building ‘City Campus Max’ in Utrecht.
In December 2015 it already acquired 68 apartments and 66 parking spaces in the same building. 100 of the 178 apartments and 98 of the 174 parking spaces are subject to future transaction. With this deal the seller has concluded the project.
The building at Europaplein dates from 2009 and comprises of 261 apartments and 263 parking spaces. All apartments have an energy label A.
Hof Capital is an Amsterdam based private investment venture focused on alternative investments. Daily management is handled by Alco Pieren and Gerrit Keij. The company is supported by a select group of co-investors for each investment.
Hof Capital was legally advised by Houthoff Buruma.
In this transaction Colliers International acted as commercial advisor to the seller who was legally advised by CMS Derks Star Busmann.
