Valuations department Colliers International grows with 9 professionals
12-09-2016 - Since the second quarter of this year, the Valuations department at Colliers International Netherlands, led by Niels Bloem and Paul Nelisse, has expanded significantly. This growth is partly due to the increased number of (inter)national assignments.
Within the Commercial Valuations team Yolanda Tan, Roy van der Meer and Thom Bode started as Assistant Valuers. Yolanda Tan worked at Rabobank, ING, FGH Bank and as Consultant Real Estate Advisory at PwC in Amsterdam. Yolanda recently obtained her Registered Valuer practical exam. After his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Management Roy van der Meer worked as a trainee at Troostwijk. Thom Bode started working at Riemeijer Vastgoed Consultancy after his bachelor Realty & Brokerage and master in Real Estate Studies. Thom is also a member of the Company Relations Committee of Fresh Students.
Within the Commercial Valuations team Martijn van Rutten, Jeroen Bom and Johan van Wijk were appointed as Valuer. After his bachelor Real Estate Martijn van Rutten worked at ING and Schretlen & Co. In 2010 he started as a trainee at DTZ Zadelhoff and grew to Senior Appraiser. Jeroen Bom worked at HAL Makelaardij since 2005, followed by Kuijs Reinder Kakes Makelaars where he worked for more than six years as a broker and appraiser. Since 2012 he worked at Lengkeek, Laarman & de Hosson as Senior Account Manager and Registered Valuer. Johan van Wijk has worked during his studies at Troostwijk Valuations, MVGM and Jonkman Garantiemakelaars, and started working at FGH Bank in 2013.
Within the Residential Valuations team Tim van Brink, Tjeerd Kosse and Aisha Soenarto started as Assistant Valuers. Previously Tim van Brink completed his Master of Corporate Real Estate Management and Prince2 Project Management APMG International. Tjeerd Kosse has studied Business Administration and obtained the master of Master Real Estate Management & Development. During his studies, he gained experience at Stichting Roges, HEVO and Finance Ideas. Aisha Soenarto started her career at a notary office where she achieved her education as a notary clerk. After 11 years she made the transition to De Hypotheekshop.
