Univar is a world leader in the distribution of chemistry and related products and services. Univar is a multinational corporation with 8,000 employees and 300 distribution centers across the United States, Canada and Europe. 

Colliers International Project Management was responsible for managing the design and fit-out process of their new office in Rotterdam.

Challenge

  • Deliver a complete 600 m2 office fit-out within 12 weeks, starting from initiation phase;
  • During holiday season;
