Introduction

Reggeborgh and De Koning Beleggingen are both privately owned investment companies with a real estate portfolio in mainly The Netherlands, containing office buildings, shopping malls, warehouses and parking garages.

Colliers International is responsible for the lease  new developed of office buildings in Eindhoven, located on the largest industrial zone and close to the highway A2 to Amsterdam and Maastricht. 

Challenge

  • Find tenants for the total development project of approx. 7.800 m² with parking spaces;
  • Developed buildings were built when the financial crisis in Europe started;
  • High expectations of the quality of the users.

Strategy

  • First make a good presentation, including the future connections to the highway A2 (2 years after realization);
  • Make a marketing strategy including a reasonable timeline;
  • Make a list of possible users, that fit the expectations of the client; 
  • Start to get in contact with these users actively by calling them, sending them documentation, get a good impression of their requirements and convince them of the benefits of moving to this location;
  • Negotiate and finalize.

Offices are leased to companies like:

  • BenQ;
  • Nspyre;
  • Syncforce;
  • Thyssen Krupp.
