Since March a new MULTIPARK with two sections and a total space area of 25,000 m² is being developed in the also new G-Park 471 commercial area in Olching, which is situated in west Munich near motorway A8. The energy-efficient real estate property is being mutually developed by MP Holding and Isarkreis. The first leases have already been concluded. BTG Internationale Spedition GmbH has secured approx. 7,500 m² of warehouse and office space in building section 1. The trucking company founded in Langweid near Augsburg is an international operating company and has its own 10 locations in Germany. Zwetko GmbH, a Munich wholesaler for industrial hygiene products has also leased approx. 2,000 m² warehouse and office space at MULTIPARK. Zwetko will warehouse and distribute cleaning and hygiene articles in the commercial park. Both tenants were consulted by the logistic team at Colliers International München GmbH. Moreover Munich’s University Clinic (KUM) has secured approx. 3,000 m² of warehouse and service space.
Last but not least these leases show that there continues to be a stable demand for modern logistic space near important motorways. The G-Park 471 commercial area situated at the junction of A8 and by-pass road B471 has become an established logistic location in western Munich since the development of the neighboring commercial zone, GADA A8. Talks have already begun regarding a total lease of the second section of MULTIPARK, consisting of around 10,000 m². The completion of MULTIPARK, which is owned by a joint-venture between MP Holding GmbH and Isarkreis GmbH & Co. KG, is to take place at the end of the year. The general contractor is Goldbeck Süd GmbH. G-Park 471 offers a total of 270,000 m².
