The trikolon multi-functional commercial and residential building with a 10 story main building and situated directly at Arabella park underground station is to be sold. The commercial space characterized by retail, office as well as various doctor offices. The asset manager and owner representative is BLUE Asset Management GmbH with headquarters in Munich.
