The project is currently leasing retail space. Pavlovsky Passage (GBA – 19,000 m2, GLA – 12,000 m2) will feature brands that are new to Pavlovsky Posad. The mall's anchor tenants, among which there is a supermarket, a cinema, household appliance and children's goods stores, have already been approved.

The mall is well-located in a zone of multi-storey residential buildings on the square next to the Pavlovsky Posad railway station, which is one of the busiest in terms of passenger traffic on the Gorky route of the Moscow railway. Once construction is completed, the mall's coverage area will encompass more than 100,000 people.

The city bus station, which serves 18 bus routes, including intercity buses, is also nearby. The mall's location in close proximity to the railway and bus stations guarantees high foot traffic from the residents of the city and its environs.

Dina Postolenko, executive director of the retail property department of Colliers International Russia: "We are carefully crafting the Pavlovsky Passage mall's concept in order to successfully select tenants, many of which will be new for Pavlovsky Posad. The main pool of tenants has been formed, and these will help the mall become a centre of attraction not only for the residents of the town, but also those from other localities in the vicinity.”
