Eleonora's job description includes securing sustainable long-term business contacts and developing existing relationships with key clients. In her new position, she will be responsible for growing warehouse and industrial business in Russia and will also focus on expanding the company's project portfolio throughout Russia.

Eleonora has more than ten years of experience in various real estate sectors. Eleonora joined the Colliers International team in 2011 and went from senior consultant to director of  Warehouse, Industrial and Land. Under her leadership, the Colliers team has implemented a number of successful warehouse projects in Moscow and other regions – PNK Chekhov 2, Yuzhniye Vrata, Krekshino, Belaya Dacha (Moscow), PNK Tolmachevo, Logopark Ob (Novosibirsk), Adva (Rostov-on-Don) – and also closed dozens of major transactions for the lease and sale of modern warehouse and industrial premises.

Eleonora has signed contracts for more than 800,000 m2 of property in her time at Colliers International. Major Russian and international companies such as MARS CIS, Eldorado, Schneider Electric, Île de Beauté, Panalpina, Paul Hartmann AG, Lenta, O'KEY, M.Video, Detsky Mir, and Iron Mountain are among her clients.
