Nikolai Devyatilov, business developnet director, Malltech: “We have closed a good deal and look forward to a long-term relationship with our new tenant. We are excited about this new cooperation and we hope that it will be productive. We thank Colliers for assistance in supervising the transaction and for the prompt resolution of all the issues involved.”

Eleanora Bogdanova, senior consultant, Warehouse, Industrial and Land, Colliers International Russia: “Last year, retailers that are expanding their chains comprised more than 50% of total demand for warehouse facilities in the Moscow Region and they continue to form the demand for warehouse space. The market is currently in such a phase that owners and developers of warehouse complexes were very willing to meet potential tenants half-way, and by optimising lease terms, they gain reliable major clients. It's a win-win situation for both parties, which enables long-term and beneficial cooperation for both. Case in point is the deal between the developer Malltech and the well-known chain of pet stores 'Beethoven'.”
