CHALLENGE

Acting on behalf of owners Anthony and Fiona Ellis, we completed this highly complex deal which achieved a multi-million pound sum.  The challenge was to obtain planning permission to “roll back” the park prior to concluding a totally confidential sale process to ensure minimal business disturbance. The sale demonstrates that investors remain confident in a sector that has proven robust in relative terms to current market conditions.

Completing the share sale of the operating company (the optimum sale structure for our client).  Through our planning team, we were able to negotiate ‘roll back’ planning consent which ensured a maximum realisation price.
