Colliers Licensed & Leisure team in Leeds were instructed to sell three tenanted pub properties in the Yorkshire area with a combined asking price of £1million.

The three properties were put on the market in late 2011. By spring 2012 Deals were agreed at or above the asking prices for 2 properties which exchanged contracts in May 2012. The third property is currently ‘Under Offer’ with exchange and completion scheduled for June 2012.
