Japan's Footprints

How We Started

Since its inception in Japan in 1988, Colliers International and its people have redefined the meaning of real estate consultancy services in this market.

Colliers International acts solely in the interest of the client as an advisor, partner, and team member, without the dual representation and conflicts of interest common in Japanese real estate. Numerous multinational corporations appoint Colliers International to represent them exclusively for all their real estate requirements.
