THE VALUATION PROCESS
During the valuation process, we ensure that our clients receive two independent quality checks, carried out by a valuer outside of the valuation team and aimed at a final verification of the values.
From 1999 until today, we have valued over 350 assets with various designated uses, more than 4500 NPLs (Non-Performing Loans) and over 200 properties included within property funds, for a total volume of approximately €2 billion.
