Make a budget on the Italian real estate market for the full year 2016 is not easy, at a time which successive major socio-political events in the world and also in Italy. Within a global landscape, we first addressed the Brexit and the victory of Trump, to which are added, now in Italy, the effects of the recent referendum. Despite continuing instability, given the uncertainty of the next economic and political future and the now vanished Expo effect, the Italian GDP continues and stood up slightly and the national housing market continues its positive momentum mainly due to the interest of foreign investors, who made up over 60% of the total volume invested in the year 2016.
