Owner of a regional real estate brokerage, affiliated with a national company, is searching for a highly qualified, hard-working candidate to act as a broker, with the opportunity to add hours and advance within the company. Selected candidates will have an initial telephone interview, followed by a personal interview.

Job description:

Negotiating and leading real estate transactions for client of the company. The company offers training and support and the ability to integrate later on as the head of the region


  • Communicates with clients and agents on a variety of topics (answers questions, resolves issues, returns calls, negotiations etc.)
  • Enters new real estate listings onto a variety of real estate websites
  • Manages & updates existing real estate listings on a variety of websites
  • Creates, maintains and organizes client files
  • Prepares listing contracts, purchase agreements & other client documents

  • Knowledgeable about search engine optimization
  • Has the capacity to manage a large workload
