The Colliers International Ireland Corporate Restructuring and Recovery team, advises lenders and insolvency practitioners on non performing loans and facility covenant breaches where property forms part or all of the security. Our aim is to provide effective and practical solutions. We provide an initial overview advising on likely required actions and realisations together with alternative strategies to maximise returns. Thereafter, we work to implement the preferred strategy.
We work closely with our clients, co-ordinating the input of valuation, management, professional and agency advice to deliver a bespoke service through a central point of contact.
