Colliers International has been jointly instructed alongside Savills to sell a high profile building at Eastpoint - Dublin’s leading business park workplace destination.

Block W a very attractive price

For Block W, the quoting price is €2.55 million which equates to approximately €100 per sq ft including the car spaces.  Block W is a three storey self-contained detached modern office building on the west side of Eastpoint.  It was completed approximately 10 years ago and is fully fitted with air-conditioning, raised access floors, suspended ceilings, light fittings, partitioned offices and meeting rooms (including desks and chairs). An easily accessible workplace

Eastpoint is one of the most accessible locations in Dublin. It is beside the access to the Dublin Port Tunnel which means it is a 10 minute drive from the M50 and 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. For those using public transport there is a dedicated park mini bus service which provides a regular link to the Clontarf Dart Station (which is only about a 10 minutes walk) and also to the Docklands Rail Station. Those using the Dublin “Luas” tram system can either walk to the terminal at Dublin’s O2 Arena or alternatively connect by Dart at Connolly Station.

East Point has two road entrances;

  • Adjacent to the Port Tunnel Toll Plaza, which is the most convenient for those coming from the south side and from the Port Tunnel
  • From Alfie Byrne Road which is ideal for those commuting from the north side and airport.
