Colliers International Experiencing Very High Level of Demand for Homes to Rent in Dublin


The Letting Department in Colliers International is experiencing a strong demand for quality family homes in the surrounding areas in Dublin City and South County Dublin.

The number of available properties to rent has dramatically declined and the market is experiencing a severe glut with demand greatly outweighing supply. There is an increasing demand from tenants, specifically corporate tenants for family homes in the Dublin area both close to the city centre and south county Dublin.
