Colliers International SOLD 10 Lad Lane, Dublin 2 at a NIY of 3.8%
Dublin, 13th October – Colliers International has sold 10 Lad Lane, Dublin 2 – a mews building currently in office use and held on a short term lease. 10 Lad Lane comprises a two storey, mid terrace mews currently in office use which extends to approx. 1,420 sq. ft. (NIA) and includes two car spaces and a secluded rear garden.
Colliers were guiding €575,000 however achieved a price in excess of €750,000 which equated to a NIY of 3.8% and a capital value of €530 psf.
