Dublin, 11th July 2016 – Colliers International has successfully acquired 4,500 sq ft of prime office space in Dublin 4 on behalf of Positive Equity. 

Positive Equity is a group of market trading professionals (www.positive.ie) and their new offices are located at Anglesea House in the heart of Donnybrook Village, with excellent local amenities nearby. The three-storey own door office is undergoing a total refurbishment and will provide exceptional open plan offices over two floors with impressive breakout facilities for their staff. A newly-fitted and redecorated reception area is located on the ground floor and a terraced area on the second floor provides additional outdoor entertaining space.

Colliers negotiated a 14 year sublease with breaks in year five and nine. The sublease also included seven car parking spaces.
