The Roles Main Responsibilities 

  • Working directly with the Head of Retail & Investments
  • Conduct professional work for clients and to ensure that all relevant requirements are met to agreed deadlines and in accordance with SCSI regulatory compliance standards to ensure that work is conducted within Colliers International Best Practice standards
  • Conduct viewing in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintains contact with clients and key client contacts so that the client relationships can be managed effectively and efficiently, and that we get the best out of them. Suggests initiatives to improve
  • Utilises own contacts and peer group contacts to try develop new business. Develops good mid-level client/peer contact list that is actively expanding and utilised
  • Takes responsibility for own professional development and CPD requirement
  • Contributes to team fee income by personal/peer business introductions
  • Actively attends seminars, presentations within wider business community to enhance profile

Requirements for these Roles

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Sound IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate eagerness to advance these skills
  • Should possess a relevant qualification and be a member of the SCSI / RICS
  • Must possess sound market knowledge
  • Full clean drivers License
