The new projects sales which are still under construction in Surabaya recorded significantly more transactions than old supply sales. 

Ferry Salanto Senior Associate Director Colliers International Indonesia, said that the absorption rate for apartments in Surabaya in 2018 is predicted to stay stable at the level 82% -84% with national economy growth targeted at 5.3% this year.
