Apartments selling rate in Jakarta in the fourth quarter of 2017 increased slightly, only by 0.3% to 85.9% compared to the previous quarter which was at 85.6%. This number is even much lower compared to the same period in the previous year which was in the figure of 86.8%.

Mr. Ferry Salanto, Senior Associate Director of Colliers International, said in his research that throughout 2017, apartment market potential in Jakarta was not going as we expected at the beginning of the year.
