It gives me great pleasure to announce that Colliers International is associated with International Real Estate Expo (IREX) 2016 as its exclusive Consultant & Service Partner. The second edition of the much awaited IREX will be held from 7 to 9 October, 2016, at the Ashoka Convention Hall, Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi.
Colliers would hold an investors forum during the event, that would provide insights to tax, financial and legal aspects of investment transactions in real estate abroad. The panel would consist of experts and distinguished speakers from varied areas. Ashley Osborne, Managing Director, International Properties and Mona Jalota, Director, International Properties at Colliers International, would speak on the global trends, and the future outlook for investments in key global locations.
Colliers is also taking this opportunity to kick start one of its biggest and most path-breaking initiatives, the Colliers Associate Program (CAP) for channel partners. This is in line with the company’s strategy to provide a large sales platform, to cater to the growing demand among Indian High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) for projects abroad. This is a sustainable model to penetrate and cover a wider network of varied pockets that exist in Tier II and Tier III cities, in addition to the metros. This would be an extended sales arm for us and promises good commissions and attractive incentives for the channel partners.
IREX presents an exciting opportunity to cater to global real estate investments for HNIs having large investable surplus. IREX 2016 will have participation of leading international real estate developers and marketing companies and is expected to draw more than 5000 visitors. A range of products across the globe, in varied price range would be available during the 3 day extravaganza
Australia, UAE, UK and USA have emerged as most sought after destinations for Indian property buyers, according to acclaimed property analysts. The stability of the Indian Rupee and relaxation of RBI rules that permit Indian residents to invest overseas have further created an investment climate favorable for international real estate. Amongst the highlights of the IREX 2016 show is the participation of leading brands like Berkeley Homes and Ballymore from UK, Damac Properties, Al Marjan Island and Rak Properties from UAE, Century 21, Compass from USA, McMillan Hathaway from Australia, Patroclos and Korantina Homes from Cyprus, Dusit Thani from Sri Lanka, Angel Real Estate from Thailand, among others.
