The International & NRI, Residential Services India is a part of a broader network of the International Properties vertical at Colliers International. This caters to a large demand that exists amongst the High Net-worth (HNI/Ultra HNI) buyers for residential properties across the globe. The vertical identifies interesting opportunities that exist amongst the most popular global destinations and acts as consultants, to advise the discerning buyers depending on their requirements. We seek to create a large scale distribution model consisting of Channel Partners who promise to bring in quality.
Colliers Associate Program (CAP)
We believe that Colliers Associate Program (CAP) is an ideal distribution model to facilitate and promote growth of global real estate investments on a large scale. This is a sustainable model to penetrate and cover a wider network of varied customer pockets that exist in Tier II and Tier III cities in addition to the metros. Hence, the CAP network, is an extension of a pan India Sales and Marketing arm for us. We would suitably equip the network to initiate and close discussions with their HNI clients. For us, quality of association has been paramount, hence, we’ve partnered leading real estate brands to join us in this initiative.
An exhaustive workshop through the year will educate the channel partners on soft skills, pitching global products, and a comprehensive detail on the projects. This would also be followed by equipping them with sales and marketing collaterals for varied projects and locations, special incentive schemes and exclusive customer centric offers.
As our extended arm, the network has access to a comprehensive knowledge base. This includes analysis of popular global destinations with regards to the rental yields and capital appreciation. The knowledge based consultation model would help create a loyal customer base and would serve as a service differentiator to beat the local competition. An association with a leading global brand such as Colliers International would help create a unique positioning and branding proposition for the channel partners.
