Mill Park is Skanska’s latest office project in Budapest, consisting of two buildings, Mill Park A and Mill Park B, with a total GLA of 36,000 sq m, divided over 7 floors and 538 parking places. Building B will be delivered in Q2 2018, while building A in Q3 2018.

The entire concept of the office complex is based on the well-being of the employees who will work in the two buildings. Skanska is a pioneer in innovative and sustainable developments so Mill Park will feature various green solutions to minimize the building’s environmental footprint and significantly reduce its operating costs, aiming for LEED Gold certification.


Among other features, Mill Park will offer a multifunctional garden with several additional features, such as an outside gym, table football, table tennis and a cozy atrium for formal and informal gatherings.

Innovations is one of Skanska’s assets and Mill Park will bring to the office market a brand-new building application for mobile devices, allowing tenants easy access to vast number of building services (e.g. as concierge service, food ordering, etc.).
