Heitman appointed Eston International and Colliers International as joint-exclusive leasing agents of Science Park, managed by AIG/Lincoln, which is one of the most prominent office buildings in Budapest.

The project, which was a pioneer in using environmental-friendly technologies at the development, became much sought after for its unquestionably high construction quality and for its flexibility in shaping its offices to suit tenants’ needs. Three “ready to move in” offices have become available in the 29,450 sq m building equipped with a chilled-beam A/C system (two units fewer than 500 sq m on the ground floor, and an exclusive 800 sq m office on floor 8). The shared view of the agencies is that favorable parameters of the house grant the success of the leasing activity. BREEAM green building qualification of Science Park is underway.

“It is our pleasure to work on the leasing of such an emblematic and high quality building of Budapest. We feel confident that Science Park, and similarly prospering projects, may be leased most effectively under an exclusive assignment. The now appointed agents find tailor-suited office solutions for tenants; at the same time, they deliver a concentrated demand for the landlord, and this is the key to the agents’ success.” – noted Mr. Adorján Salamon, CEO of Eston International.

“Science Park supports creative and high quality work; in addition, it offers an opportunity for recreation as well. Concerning the variegation of nearby services and the easy accessibility of the property, we expect to complete our assignment successfully within a short time.” – added Mr. Tim Hulzebos, CEO of Colliers International.
