November 8, 2012 - Colliers International’s Green Building Certification team has assisted IG Immobilien in the LEED Silver certification of the Váci 33 office building. This is the first certification in Hungary under the LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance rating system.
November 6, 2012 - At the beginning of 2009 Auchan Magyarország Kft. announced a tender, in search of a logistics warehouse in addition to its existing base in Üllõ, as a result of which Auchan moved to the neighboring Viktória Park Logistics Centre in Üllõ in September 2009, leasing nearly 20,000 sqm of storage space.

August 22, 2012. - The Hungarian office of Colliers International has published its latest Hotel Market Report, which states, that in the first half of 2012, hotels registered a 4% increase in the number of guests and a 6% increase in guest nights compared to H1 2011.

March 13, 2012 - Based on the latest investment market report of Colliers International Hungary, the total investment transaction volume in Hungary in 2011 was €650 million, in comparison to 2010 when the value of investment transactions was less than €200 million.
“H1 2011 saw an increased number of transactions from 2010, but it was in H2 2011, where two large benchmark office transactions occurred helped to boost the overall annual transaction figure.” – said Marcus Hill, Investment Director of Investment Services at the Hungarian office of Colliers International.
March 7, 2012 - Colliers International Hungary has published its latest retail market report that states, that domestic spending showed no discernible change in 2011, with official statistics indicating stagnation in retail turnover in January–November compared to the same period of 2010.
March 5, 2012 - Budapest’s industrial real estate market performed in line with expectations in 2011, showing stable and balanced activity at a relatively low level. Supply and demand, as well as rents, were mostly stable during the year, with a slight improvement noticeable toward the end of the year.
