The programme sees a full external and internal refurbishment of the 12 bedroom hotel, which offers an idyllic base for touring the central belt of Scotland, with its proximity to Loch Lomond, Queen Elizabeth Country Park and Glasgow and Stirling city centres.

Punch Taverns is also seeking a new tenancy partner for the popular hotel, which features a conservatory, restaurant, large public bar and beer garden.

Paul Shiells, Director, Licensed & Leisure with Colliers International, said: “The Black Bull Hotel has a great history and beautiful setting that offers the best of Scottish hospitality. This significant planned investment by Punch Taverns will revitalise an already popular destination pub, which offers an excellent opportunity for a new partner to develop the food, drink and accommodation offering of the Black Bull.”
