Colliers Property Management team takes care of the property’s daily operations and acts as a contact between the property owner and subcontractors: utility authorities, security service, cleaning staff, maintenance companies, etc.
Our accounting staff collects and controls revenues from rent, processes billing from service providers, prepares regular reports on the property’s financial situation and deals with the overall facility budget planning. We also provide full financial accounting of the Special Purpose Vehicle.
