WARSAW, July 24, 2014. Colliers represented Raiffeisen Polbank in the office space lease transaction of Warsaw PRIME Corporate Center office building which is currently under construction. The Bank will move into the PRIME Corporate Center in the first half of 2016 and will occupy almost the entire building. It is the biggest office lease deal in Poland in 2014.
“Raiffeisen Polbank has leased 19 500 sq. m. of office space and additionally retail space on the ground floor. This is the largest transaction in the office market this year that will positively affect the perception of the entire sector. Investor and developer of the office building is Golub GetHouse. PRIME Corporate Center is an A class office building, which will be located at Grzybowska Street 78 in Wola (near the currently constructed second underground metro line) in Warsaw. The office building will count 23 floors and five underground storeys. The architectural design of the building was made by Epstein and Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) in Chicago. The general contractor is WARBUD. The building will be adapted to the individual needs of the bank, providing prestige, safety and comfort. The investment is being delivered in line with "very good" BREEAM green building certificate standards.
