The office building, measuring almost 4500 m² in size, is situated in the city center of Arnhem, within walking distance of the Arnhem Central train station and bus terminal. The redevelopment of the property has already started. The first guests are expected to be welcomed in February 2013. Mulderblauw architects is responsible for the decoration. Interstate Hotels & Resorts will be managing the property on behalf of TVHG.

For Uni-Invest this is the first property that they are transforming into a hotel together with TVHG. “We are extremely happy with a hotel on this excellent location in the city”, says CEO Uni-Invest, Pieter Roozenboom. “The Rijnboog area is well suited for a hotel.”

This is the sixth hotel that TVHG will be opening. Earlier, hotels were opened at Schiphol Airport, in Amsterdam (2), Utrecht and Rotterdam, which is currently under refurbishment. Bart van Kamp, CEO of TVHG believes a Holiday Inn Express hotel is a valuable addition to the city of Arnhem. An international brand emphasizes the ambitions of the city. We are confident that more tourists will find their way to Arnhem as a result.
