At the moment there are no large-scale professional shopping & entertainment centres with prominent location in Saratov. The great experience of the developer secures the potential success of the project. It’s also important to mention, that the project team pays particular attention to such questions as architectural concept, design of the facades and public zones of the shopping & entertainment centre on the projection stage of the project, as well as branding, positioning and visual design. It gives an opportunity to attract the international fashion-brands to the centre”.

Architectural bureau Dyer is the architect of the project. Britain branding agency Air Design is involved in brand development.
