The Boreland Lodge Hotel, located in a residential district of the Fife town of Inverkeithing, is for sale, with selling agent Colliers International inviting offers over £900,000. A 30-bedroom hotel, with lounge bar, dining room, residents' lounge and staff bedroom, the business operates as a licensed guest house, on a bed and breakfast basis-only. 

Boreland Lodge Hotel is a five-minute walk from Inverkeithing Railway Station, which has frequent services to Edinburgh and the East of Scotland, with the M90 motorway nearby. The hotel is being sold by Savita Handa, who has owned Boreland Lodge since 1997, to allow her to concentrate on her other letting businesses in the City of Edinburgh.
