Tec Source Limited, the specialist provider of skilled labour, has moved into Block 4, Unit 3 on a five-year lease, a 1,566 sq ft facility that attracts an annual rent of £12,528.

SCMG Limited, which started out as a University of Glasgow research project nearly 20 years ago, moves into Block 3, Unit 1. The global strategy and implementation consultancy takes a five-year lease on the 869 sq ft unit, at £8 sq ft.

Joining SCMG and Tec Source, in the adjacent Block 6, is Business & Enterprise Limited. Heralding the business services group’s first office in Scotland, the firm becomes a tenant in Unit 8, a 317 sq ft space (£10/sq ft), on a one-year lease.
