The 19 properties that are located in such different places as Zealand, Skagen and Sweden are all sold on behalf of an estate in bankruptcy in cooperation with the law firm Bech-Bruun. Jens Gammelby, state-authorised public accountant and commercial property agent of Colliers, has been responsible for the sale.

”The portfolio had a good combination of industrial properties in Zealand, terraced houses in Skagen and a mixture of residential and commercial properties in Scania in Sweden. It is always a challenge to find buyers for such a diverse portfolio, but due to a good local and Nordic network we succeeded in closing the case,” says Jens Gammelby.

All properties have been sold to private investors, and the Swedish properties have been sold to one investor in cooperation with Colliers in Sweden. However, the largest sale was completed in Zealand.

”In Zealand we sold an industrial property for DKK 102m, which is more than half the price of the total portfolio. In this case, the buyer was a private businessman,” says Jens Gammelby and states that the price of the total portfolio was just below DKK 200m.
