Colliers International Danmark A/S continues its success in Copenhagen and has of November 1, 2012, employed Jeppe Schønfeld as new Managing Director of the company’s corporate finance activities based at the office in Copenhagen.

Jeppe Schønfeld will be responsible for developing Colliers International Danmark’s activities in larger and more complex and structured real estate transactions and related tasks as well as working with assignments within corporate real estate strategies. Jeppe Schønfeld will also be co-responsible for international transactions and international customer relations and a member of Colliers International Investment Group in EMEA. Finally, Jeppe Schønfeld will take part in a broader cooperation with the rest of the organization in Colliers International Danmark and work with the business development of the company.

Jeppe Schønfeld, age 40, comes from a position as partner in Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he has worked since 2000 with focus on the real estate, construction and retail sectors. Jeppe Schønfeld also has great experience as senior equity analyst at Alm. Brand Børs and has worked at Münchener Rückversicherung.

Jeppe Schønfeld has in the past 15 years been project manager on various sales and purchase transactions and advisory assignments in the range of DKK 50 million to DKK 6.5 billion for a wide range of Danish and foreign companies and private equity funds. Several of these transactions have been delisting processes from the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.  

Jeppe Schønfeld has since 2001 been employed as lecturer at the Institute for Accounting and Auditing at Copenhagen Business School and holds a master degree as well as being a licensed stockbroker. Jeppe Schønfeld has also completed leadership training in strategic and financial management at Harvard Business School in the United States.
