11 June 2018, China – Colliers International, the world’s leading commercial real estate services firm, has strengthened its International Properties team in Asia with four strategic appointments, further enhancing the company’s position as one of the region’s top global real estate services firms.
Colliers International has ramped up its International Properties (IP) Division offering in the Asia Pacific region, with a team of four joining to promote residential properties globally with a focus on Australia, United Kingdom and Japan to buyers in Beijing.

Wendy Sun, Assistant Manager
With four years of real estate working experience in China and five years of HDB working experience in Singapore, Wendy has more than nineteen years working experience in the study abroad service and immigration services (including European real estate projects) industry in China.
Coco Xu, Assistant Manager
Coco is Economics & Business English Dual bachelor's degree holder with 8 years of overseas education and experience in the immigration industry. Previously working as senior global asset allocation consultant, she focused on field investigation and research on multinational real estate market, and having worked for well-known British developers, Coco has provided immigration and global asset allocation plans for more than 100 domestic investors.
Will Wu, Assistant Manager
Previously engaged in Porsche sales training, Will has been engaged in overseas real estate for 14 years, including Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Will has spent 2 years living with his family in Sydney, Australia.
Jason Li, Senior Associate
Jason graduated from New York University with a postgraduate degree in financial engineering in 2017. He worked as an intern at IHS MARKIT during his graduate studies. His work includes Internal Consulting and Operation process optimizing. After graduation, he returned to China and has 1 year of trust experience. The main directions are real estate finance and consumer finance.
The team will be based in the firm’s Beijing hub, and will be led by Samantha Yu – Head of IP China, who reports in to James Hall - Head of IP Asia. James is a well-known figure in the Asia Pacific region, having worked across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and China over the last 23 years. James joined the firm after successful stints at CBRE and Knight Frank
