  • St Stephen’s House was a substantially complete conversion / refurbishment of the first to fifth floors of a former office building to student / key worker and open market studio apartments.


  • Colliers International were instructed by the administrators KPMG to review property planning matters associated with the building and assess the state of the development process before conducting comprehensive marketing of the site for either an unconditional or conditional sale. We successfully achieved an unconditional sale of the site in August 2009.
  • We have since been retained by the purchasers to advise on landlord and tenant issues and the build out of the scheme.
