Colliers International has just completed a deal on behalf of Eskmuir Properties at Equinox North, which is situated in one of North Bristol’s most sought-after locations.

The 6,477 sq ft refurbished office space is being taken by Cambridge Silicon Radio Limited (CSR) on a five year lease.

CSR is a global provider of innovative silicon and software solutions for the location-aware, media-rich, cloud-connected world. CSR were represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
