The acquisition price of £2m, equates to a capital value of £537 psf overall. The property is located within the core of the City of London and is entirely let to Deloitte LLP until July 2012. The building comprises 3,724 sq ft arranged over basement, ground and four upper floors. Exchange of contracts were completed within 24 hours of terms being agreed. The vendor was a private Irish client who was advised by COH.
